REQUIRMENTS

Every Child must have a physical and COVID-19 waiver signed on the first day of camp. You can download the COVID-19 waiver below. Please try to upload both forms in Dragonfly before Monday, July 13th. Use the link below to access and get information Dragonfly.

CAMP REMINDERS

  • PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A GALLON WATER JUG FILLED WITH WATER BEFORE YOU REPORT TO COLLINS HILL EVERYDAY. If your child needs additional water over the gallon, they must provide their own. We cannot provide water.
  • YOU MUST REPORT EVERYDAY WITH A MASK ON AND WEAR IT WHEN YOU ARE NOT PLAYING YOUR INSTRUMENTS. NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • Students, please arrive on time to Collins Hill every day and if you are not driving, please be dropped off in front of the main entrance to the school and go to band hallway for screening. To my knowledge, the only doors that will be open, will be the main entrance. If your child doesn’t pass the screening process, they will be sent to the clinic to call for a pick-up.
  • You MUST leave either WGES or CHHS at the appointed time! There will not be any standing around allowed as per the schools regulations. They are being very serious about this.
  • The plan is to assign instruments to those that use the school instruments on the first day that you are at CHHS. Please plan to take the instrument home for a good cleaning. Any cased instrument needs to stay with you and come back and forth with you. You cannot leave WGES and come back to CHHS to put up your instrument up.
  • Please use the bathroom in the band hall (ONLY) when you are at CHHS in the mornings. This is the only area allowed for band. Once you are at WGES and if the need arises, you must have one of leadership accompany you back across the street to CHHS and then return very quickly. PLEASE try your very best to use bathroom before you go over to the other campus. WE UNDERSTAND THAT THERE ARE EXCEPTIONS TO THIS BUT WANT TO KEEP THEM MINIMAL.
  • For any groups that are at WGES, in the event of rain, you will be brought back to CHHS and practice will resume there.
  • We will NOT be fitting for band uniforms as a decision hasn’t been made on what the band will be using for any performances.
  • We will have tables outside to collect any donations you have. Please put your name on everything. Also, we will have a table for payments.
